Located on the picturesque Palm Jumeirah, this palace-style family resort offers luxurious suites overlooking the lagoon or the Arabian Gulf. It features poolside spa and a private sandy beach with views of Dubai’s skyline. The suites and villas of Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah consist of a dining/living area, a fully equipped kitchen and private balcony. DVD player, 40" flat-screen TV and Hi-Fi sound system are featured in each suite. Authentic Mediterranean cuisine is served at the elegant Brunello Restaurant. Succulent steaks and seafood can be enjoyed at the beach side Beluga Restaurant with barbecue area. Guests can enjoy cocktails and cigars in an elegant sports bar setting of the K-West Bar. Guests can relax under the palms that surround the large seafront pool, or train at the state-of-the-art gym. The experienced staff at the spa provides relaxing body wraps, manicures and several beauty treatments. Visitors can browse the Kempinski’s in-house shops.

If you have a big occasion that you would like to mark in a spectacular way, or you are looking for an impressive venue to host your next business event, the West Side Lawn at Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah could be the location for you. Surrounded by lush greenery and palms, the West Side Lawn truly makes the most of being in such a spectacular Dubai location. For a formal banquet-style event, we can accommodate 400 guests within our West Side Lawn area, but if you are looking for a less formal style of seating, we can accommodate up to 700 guests for a cocktail party-style event. This venue provides you over 1,500 sq m of space to plan, and our dedicated events team can't wait to speak to you about arranging the most exciting of parties for you.
East Side Lawn
As perfect for big weddings as it is a birthday celebration, a formal dinner or any other large occasion, the East Side Lawn has the potential to be the perfect space to host your next event. Enjoy luscious greenery and blue skies on the East Side Lawn of Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah, and allow our dedicated events team to do the hard work for you. Along with helping the event run smoothly, our team will be on hand to aid with the planning of your event too – there is no limit to what we can achieve! With 1,000 sq m of space, you will have room for between 250 and 400 guests depending on the seating layout you choose, meaning the space is as versatile as it is beautiful.
Beach Side Oval Lawn
Treat your guests to views of the dramatic Dubai skyline and the waters of the turquoise Palm Jumeirah lagoon at events on our beach-side lawn, and enjoy a supremely relaxed atmosphere at your next event. Sitting just a few steps away from our very own private beach, our beautifully pristine landscaped garden is able to accommodate 250 guests for cocktails and theatre-style events. For a sit-down banquet, the lawn can accommodate 200 guests, and when it comes to the event itself, our dedicated events team will be on-hand to create an immaculate experience for you and your guests - whatever layout you opt for.
Private Dining Room
Entertain your guests while you dine in European splendour in our private dining room at Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah. Sliding doors separate the private dining room from our glamorous Brunello Restaurant, and you will find that you have enough space to cater for 50 guests to dine with us, or 70 guests if you are organising an event in a cocktail party style. If neither of those options suit, we can change the seating layout further, allowing you to adapt the space to boardroom and classroom layouts for up to 35 guests, U-style seating for 24, and set up in theatre-style for 40. Flexibility is key when enjoying our private dining room.

With the space to accommodate around 70 guests, the bar can be the perfect setting for a mixer with clients and colleagues, or for a smaller celebration party. Your guests will also be able to enjoy a full bar in an opulent, European-inspired setting - and we would be happy to discuss any catering requirements with you, too.
